Return Policy

Due to the type of items being sold, returns are not usually accepted. This is for sanitation purposes and such. Earrings are never allowed to be returned unless your order was incorrect and they are untouched and in original packaging. If there is a mistake or issue within your order such as receiving the wrong product or whatnot, that is an example of where you would return the product you received and a new one would be sent to you. 

 

If you order the wrong product such as a pair of earrings or keychain, please contact me immediately when your order arrives. This must be within 24 hours after the package is delivered and will be checked using the tracking information given to the customer at the time of purchase. In order to return and exchange, items must be in their original package with no signs of the products being used in any way, shape, or form. The customer will be held accountable for paying shipping of the incorrect product ordered as well as shipping for the new product that they wanted.

From there, we can discuss if your items can be returned and what steps will be needed to take in doing so.
